Harper Delmar Horton, 60, Wichita, died Thursday of a heart attack on a farm near Plevna. Born March 19, 1907, at Plevna, he married Esther J. Stubbs Dec. 26, 1929, at Sterling. He graduated from Sterling College in 1928. He received his masters from Kansas State University in 1932, and had taught at Wichita North High and West High schools since 1942. He was coordinator of the industrial arts department.
