Charlie H. Polk, 75, retired San Mateo (Calif.) High School football coach and former Wichita West and Cathedral High School coach, died Thrusday, Dec. 20, 2001.  

      Survivors:  wife, Christine; son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Kim olk and Daughters and Sons-in-laws Chris and Bill Sterne, Lori and Jerry McLeod; stepson Brad Paulsen; stepdaughter and spouse, Patsy and Bob Congrove and grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and on stepgreat-grandchild.
