Lana Slaughrer Brozek

Lana Brozek, 81, was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a dear friend to all who knew her.

She was born in 1944 in Wichita, Kansas, where she grew up surrounded by family and friends. Lana met the love of her life, Ronald Brozek, and they were married on July 28, 1962. Together they shared 63 beautiful years of marriage, raising four children — Scott, Tim, Rhonda, and
Melinda — and building a lifetime of love and memories.

Lana was known for her infectious laugh, radiant smile, and vibrant personality. She had a way of bringing joy to every gathering and was truly the life of the party. Her strength, warmth, and sense of humor touched everyone around her. She loved scrapbooking, capturing special family moments, and spending time with her loved ones. Family meant everything to Lana, and she took great pride in being surrounded by those
she cherished most.

She will be deeply missed by her husband Ronald, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who were blessed to know her. Her spirit and laughter will live on in the hearts of everyone she touched.

A visitation will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 31, 2025, at Baker Funeral Home West 3224 N. Tyler Rd. Wichita, KS. 67205 with a funeral service to follow at 10:30 A.M.
