I was in several of Mr Jacksons' choirs.  When I came back to Wichita in 1995 to serve as a Hospice Chaplain My wife and I also co-pastored at Old Manor Baptist Church,(American Baptist).  Mr Jackson was a member there.  I could call every other member of the church by their first name but couldn't bring myself to call Mr Jackson, "Ellis".  It was always "Mr Jackson".  smiley
